HR Manager – Cape Town

A leading construction and infrastructure company is seeking an HR Manager to support its growing operations. This role reports directly to the HR Director and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and South African labour legislation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage performance management processes and assist with training and development programs.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with the HR Director on strategic projects and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, ideally within construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with diverse teams.
• Based in Cape Town, with flexibility to support projects across regions.
