Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site operations.

• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.

• Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.

• Enforce health and safety regulations.

• Report progress to project management.

Minimum requirements

• 1-2 years proven experience as a Foreman.

• Matric

• Must reside in the Western Cape.

Experience

• Practical experience in both commercial and residential construction projects.

• Sound knowledge of general construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards.

• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities.

• Ability to work to project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Good understanding of construction drawings, health and safety regulations, and on-site compliance requirements.
