Essential:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or Project Management.
• 10+ years in large-scale industrial or energy infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in renewable energy, chemical, or hydrogen/ammonia plant development.
• Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM delivery models.

Preferred:

• Direct involvement in green ammonia or hydrogen projects.
• Familiarity with South African permitting and environmental regulations.
• Experience with international and multicultural teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software (AutoCAD).
